Day 54: Friday 3rd May

Up with the birds this morning.  

Dressed, washed, breakfasted, and still time to weed out all the cruddy old stuff from my knicker drawer. Simple pleasures....

It is now a vision of folded Sloggis,
no nasty underwear allowed...

Had a minor epiphany moment, when C1 and C2 requested that in future please could I wake them up earlier, like today, so that they have more time to get dressed, have breakfast, have a play on the trampoline, and even draw a picture of a tortoise (C2) before school.

Grumpy and Dopey have left the building!

Hooray! The regime of laptop timed access, earning laptop priveliges, story in bed and early nights is sure making an impact. Now just to maintain it...

I am going out with the lovely Lyn today, as she stated yesterday, we are not home on the range, we will be 'Out at The Range'!!!  
Washing on the line, kitchen cleared up, cats fed, beds made. Knee support bandages on, drugs taken, purse strings nice and tight.

Bring on the day.

The claret and blue Mimsy is going to its new home tonight, before I drop C1 and C2 at BabyDaddy's yard. 

Quiet night in for me, sorting a few boxes, preparing for a mammoth tip run next week. Honing down the level of crap in this house is almost becoming fun. I like to see some space!

Looks like it is going to be a sunny bank holiday weekend. Seeds will be planted. Weeds will be pulled. Oh, and Monday will be spent with C1, C2, bikes and a picnic I hope. Somewhere beautiful.
