I would like to refer to today as Day 1 of the recovery programme. I feel that if I don't, then I will become miserable!
It is a lovely feeling to be back on track.
The drips have been removed, I am free to wander willy-nilly around my R-W-A-V, I have some watered-down mushroom soup to look forward to today, and the sound of the lift taking me down to the main exit from this establishment is starting to ring clearer.
All I can say here is a massive thank you to the team who have been so supportive throughout, even when it seemed that nobody really knew what was happening.
I am going to be OK.
I am going home tomorrow.
My children are nearly within arm's reach.
